It's really regrettable that a high percentage of the population turns to revitalizing elements instead of looking to whole meals for a boost of energy. I guess part of the problem is that people are generally idle and would rather take the "magic pill" to fix all their problems.
Ok, then, what are some organic meals that provides you with long-lasting energy?
Well, you may want to consider that no single meals provides you with more power than your overall eating plan. Sure you could add in some of the power meals I explain below, but if your daily eating plan is terrible to begin with, then you will not see the continual level of power that you want.
Instead of searching for "miracle" power meals your goal should be to eat dieting plan that involves meals that are shaking at higher powers.
This means eating more raw existing meals.
When a meals has not been prepared, it preserves its organic power properties (not to mention all of its other beneficial nutrients).
when you eat raw meals, you are giving your system direct power from the ultimate resource - the sun - as most of these meals will be plant-based, and the sun is where they get their power.
The closer you eat to the bottom of the meals cycle, the more nourishment and power you will acquire.
Think about it - it takes more of your power to process meat than it does to process an organic vegetable, right? Plus, this organic vegetable will have a great deal of existing power compared to a dead pet carcass (yuck).
To have more power, you need to adhere to a higher power eating plan. After that, you can start to knit pick and see which specific meals offer you more power, if at all.
here is a list of some my preferred refreshing foods:
- whole grain or grain lawn - if you haven't tried whole grain or grain lawn then you're missing out on some big time power and nourishment. Growing it and juicing yourself can be a bit of a pain but you can easily get a "shot" at most drug stores or vegetable juice bars. 1 oz of whole grain or grain lawn vegetable juice features more nourishment than 2.5 lbs of organic abundant veggies!
- raw chocolate (nibs or powder) - amazing resource of mineral magnesium, anti-oxidants, and lifestyle power. These offer a organic great that can last for hours without the following like you would get from java and caffeinated drinks.
- the exotic goji berries - another amazing resource of anti-oxidants and polysaccharides that improve cell-to-cell interaction. I actually incorporate these with my raw chocolate nibs and contrasting choices work really well together.
Remember that although these meals offer amazing nourishment they are the like the healthier version of java and other fast repairs. The key still remains to adhere to a raw meals eating plan, as much as possible, that will offer you with tons of lifestyle power, alkalinity, and nutritional value to help your system flourish.
After 4 weeks I have noticed a dramatic change in my moods, skin and energy levels.... bring on the next month lol

It is sad that 2 health food stores near me went out of business while a new McDonalds that came up is booming. More and more people really need to understand the benefits of truly organic foods and learn to give up their addictions.
